Software Technical Support Engineer

Join a company where people truly believe in what they do. As a Software Technical Support Engineer you will ensure the proper functioning of ONE NEOGEN equipment, providing remote and onsite technical assistance, installations, configurations, integrations, and training for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer technical support requests both remotely and onsite.
• Install and configure software in client environments.
• Perform data backup and recovery operations.
• Synchronize instruments with systems and assist with access/password recovery.
• Guide client IT teams to ensure system stability.
• Prepare technical reports and service records.
• Test new software versions before deployment.
• Execute scheduled software updates.
• Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams.
• Support maintenance activities for ONE NEOGEN equipment.
• Proactively resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Technical education in Computer Science, Digital Systems, Networks or related fields.
• Experience in software technical support.
• Intermediate English proficiency; basic Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

• SQL and database knowledge.
• Operating systems: Windows, Android, Linux.
• Installation and configuration of local servers.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Forms (desired).
• Familiarity with Power Automate (desired).
