Social Media & Content Manager – Anime Jewelry Brand

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Social Media & Content Manager to drive organic growth, create engaging content, and nurture a vibrant community for our fast‑growing anime‑inspired jewelry and accessories brand based in Australia. You will own the brand’s voice across multiple platforms while keeping the visual aesthetic clean, personal, and artist‑led.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain a strategic content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, and Reddit.
• Create, source, edit, and publish polished, platform‑native content that resonates with anime and fandom culture.
• Develop short‑form storytelling ideas, hooks, captions, and post concepts aligned with a warm, founder‑led tone.
• Identify emerging trends, sounds, memes, and formats, adapting them authentically to the brand.
• Engage daily with fans through comments, DMs, and community interactions.
• Analyze performance metrics (engagement, saves, shares, follower growth) and adjust content strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and creator teams on launches, campaigns, and promotions.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience creating social media content and growing accounts organically.
• Deep understanding of fandom‑aware brand building and platform‑specific storytelling.
• Ability to maintain a consistent visual and brand voice while adapting to platform trends.
• Strong written communication skills with a warm, personal tone.
