About the role

EMAPTA is seeking a dynamic Site Leader to head its Manila centre on a night‑shift schedule. You will be responsible for driving customer value, fostering leadership growth, and ensuring accountability across the site while collaborating with global teams.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level leadership experience, preferably in a call‑center or similar high‑volume environment.
• Strong track record of achieving operational excellence and team development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain a work‑life balance with weekends off.
