About the role
The Single Carrier Landside Specialist ensures smooth end‑to‑end dispatch operations, coordinating container movement across truck, rail and barge networks while delivering a customer‑centric experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end container dispatch across truck, rail and barge networks.
- Interact daily with customers, carriers, terminal operators and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor shipment movements, identify risks early and trigger corrective actions.
- Manage exception processes such as vendor disputes, charge approvals and container idling.
- Maintain accurate operational records and system updates to ensure visibility and compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree graduate.
- Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
- 3‑5 years experience in customer service, BPO or shipping landside processes.
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City on a night‑shift schedule.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Experience using SAP BI applications or similar systems.
