SEO & Website Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO & Website Optimization Specialist to lead the technical SEO, front‑end development, AI‑powered workflows and conversion rate optimisation of our client’s Webflow site. The role works closely with revenue and marketing teams to build a scalable growth roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a comprehensive SEO roadmap, optimise site architecture, metadata, internal linking and manage backlink audits.
• Design and execute website optimisation and CRO initiatives, including journey mapping, ABM landing pages and testing of conversion elements.
• Perform front‑end updates using HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and maintain Webflow components and integrations.
• Manage tags with Google Tag Manager, troubleshoot HubSpot form issues and build AI‑assisted automation workflows.

Required profile

• Strong technical SEO expertise with a proven track record of implementing modern SEO frameworks.
• Hands‑on front‑end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and deep familiarity with Webflow CMS.
• Experience integrating HubSpot forms, APIs and using AI‑powered development tools.
