Senior Project Manager – Global Delivery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join CRIF’s Global Delivery team in the Philippines. The role will lead complex finance, banking and credit projects for international clients, ensuring successful delivery from inception to post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to collect, analyse and translate client business requirements into actionable project plans.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, estimation, execution, delivery and post‑implementation support.
• Collaborate with international business and sales teams during pre‑sales and requirements definition to align technical and functional solutions.
• Define and maintain project schedules, resources, deliverables, budgets and risk mitigation activities.
• Support project pricing, contractual compliance and profitability targets.
• Provide post‑delivery client support to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
• Promote continuous improvement and foster collaboration across global CRIF teams.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of project management experience, preferably in banking, financial services or credit bureau projects.
• Proven track record managing international projects with multicultural teams.
• Strong leadership, client management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Resilience under pressure and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
