Senior Marketing Executive – Digital Campaigns

About the role

As a Senior Marketing Executive you will lead high‑performing, multi‑channel digital campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok and other platforms. You will collaborate closely with the regional marketing team and external vendors, focusing on paid advertising, influencer partnerships, CRM automation and full‑funnel optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Facebook, Google and TikTok, creating custom and look‑alike audiences.
• Implement Meta Conversion API and tracking setups to ensure data accuracy.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages and messaging to improve CTR and conversion rates.
• Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with influencers and content creators, measuring ROI.
• Set up and manage HubSpot marketing workflows, automated email/SMS/messenger sequences, lead scoring and segmentation.
• Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR) and provide data‑driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand‑consistent, platform‑specific creatives and copy.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end paid campaigns for multiple clients.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
