About the role
The Senior Director will lead Visa's AP Managed Services organization, shaping its overall strategy and ensuring operational excellence. This role combines leadership of service delivery, AI‑driven transformation, client outcome focus, governance, and talent development.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for Visa AP Managed Services.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations to maintain high‑quality service delivery.
- Drive AI‑enabled transformation initiatives across the managed services portfolio.
- Ensure client outcomes align with agreed service level objectives.
- Establish and uphold governance frameworks and risk controls.
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention within the team.
Required profile
- Extensive senior leadership experience in managed services or comparable technology operations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Track record of managing large, cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in a global payments or financial technology environment is preferred.
