Senior Crew – Calamba, Laguna

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Crew member to join our restaurant in Calamba, Laguna. In this position you will be a front‑line ambassador, delivering excellent service and helping to maintain a clean, safe environment for our guests. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt customer service, greet guests, answer questions, and attend to their needs throughout their visit.
• Accurately take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle customer feedback or complaints with a positive attitude.
• Perform regular sanitation tasks, including cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and ensuring compliance with health‑safety standards.
• Assist in various store areas such as stocking supplies, restocking displays, and supporting teammates during busy periods.
• Carry out physical duties that involve standing for extended periods, reaching high shelves or countertops, exposure to steam and smoke, and lifting heavy restaurant equipment or ingredients safely.

Required profile

• High school graduate or equivalent education.
• Available for full‑time, regular (permanent) employment.
• Customer‑oriented mindset, patient, eager to learn and follow instructions.
• Responsible and vigilant about cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety.
