About the role
We are seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to join our team in Makati City. The role focuses on real‑time monitoring of security events, incident triage and rapid escalation to protect our operations. This is a full‑time, hybrid position.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and events in real time using SOC tools.
- Perform initial triage of incidents to assess severity and impact.
- Escalate critical incidents promptly to senior security staff.
- Maintain and update monitoring dashboards and documentation.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely response.
Required profile
- Experience with real‑time security monitoring and incident handling.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adhere to shift schedules.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
