Research Associate

About the role

The Research Associate will support the Research & Insights team in delivering qualitative and quantitative studies that inform product, marketing and growth decisions. You will work closely with senior researchers and cross‑functional stakeholders to coordinate studies, recruit participants and turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate research projects from planning through completion, managing schedules, documentation and logistics.
• Recruit, screen and manage participants, handling communications, scheduling and follow‑up.
• Conduct secondary market and industry research, gathering and organizing information on trends, competitors and consumer behavior.
• Assist with data encoding, cleaning and organization of research datasets, supporting basic analysis.
• Prepare research summaries, trackers, reports and stakeholder‑ready presentations.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience related to research, internships or academic projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications (Docs, Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to conduct structured online research and solve problems independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
