Remote Training Specialist for Executive Assistants

About the role

As a Training Specialist at Magic, you will lead virtual sessions that transform new hires into confident Executive Assistants ready to support US clients. This full‑time, remote position focuses on facilitation, assessment, coaching, and continuous improvement of the training program.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily trainer‑led virtual sessions for assigned batches and keep all training documentation up to date.
• Conduct rubric‑based assessments, mock client calls, and interviews to evaluate trainee readiness.
• Provide targeted coaching on presentation, communication, and strategic support skills.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Training Manager to design and implement program improvements, simulations, and role‑play scenarios.
• Report trainee progress, flag performance risks, and coordinate with the Training Supervisor and Assistant Training Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year of virtual training experience with proven success.
• At least 1 + year experience as a virtual assistant or executive assistant serving US clients.
• Rubric‑driven evaluator who can grade objectively.
• Confident facilitator, adaptive coach, fast learner, detail‑obsessed, and calm under pressure.

What we offer

• Monthly gross compensation of ₱37,000 – ₱42,000.
