Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, detail‑oriented Recruiter to support talent acquisition for our managed accounts. In this fast‑paced environment you will source, screen, and coordinate candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for various roles.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to match talent with business needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate data throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Utilize spreadsheets, ATS platforms, and recruitment tools to track progress.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and support night‑shift hiring needs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Exposure to legal recruiting or construction/light industrial roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles at once.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working with data, trackers, and recruitment systems.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Background in HR, business, or a related field is preferred.
