Production Coordinator – Advertising & Media

About the role

The Production Coordinator supports Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the creation of advertising materials and campaigns. Working closely with creative, accounts, and operations teams, you will ensure that all production deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end production activities for digital content, print, video shoots, OOH, events and branded assets.
• Develop and manage production schedules, timelines and deliverables in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and proactively resolve delays or issues.
• Facilitate clear communication of production briefs, updates and handovers across Creative, Accounts, Business Development and Digital teams.
• Source, evaluate and liaise with vendors such as printers, video production houses and event suppliers.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
• Maintain accurate vendor and supplier databases and oversee billing documentation.
