Product Specialist

About the role

Dr Reddy's is looking for a dynamic Product Specialist to generate demand for its oncology portfolio and achieve assigned sales budgets. You will act as a bridge between the company and healthcare professionals, ensuring product availability and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate demand for company products and meet or exceed sales budgets.
• Drive sales performance and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
• Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of market, demographics, and managed‑care information for the assigned territory.
• Secure product enlistment in accounts across the territory.
• Ensure comprehensive customer coverage and execute marketing activities according to strategy.
• Facilitate on‑time availability of medicines.
• Comply with all regulations governing interactions with healthcare professionals and sample distribution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business.
• 3 to 5 years of sales experience in oncology.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of customers, territory, and the oncology market.
• Experience organizing and executing sales and marketing programs.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
