Procurement Lead

About the role

The Procurement Lead will support the sourcing, purchasing and management of assigned categories such as raw materials, packaging and general services. The role ensures a continuous production flow and that customer requirements are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Source and purchase raw materials, packaging and general services for manufacturing operations.
• Negotiate terms with local and international suppliers and manage contracts.
• Oversee invoicing, contract administration and compliance with procurement strategies.
• Collaborate with quality teams to ensure adherence to Food Safety and Quality Systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
• Utilise SAP and HRMS systems to support manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Conduct structured problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis to address supply issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in manufacturing, preferably in food or consumer goods.
• Experience in sourcing raw materials, packaging, and general services.
• Knowledge of procurement strategies, contract management and negotiation terms.
• Familiarity with Food Safety and Quality Systems such as HACCP and ISO.
• Willingness to be based in Novaliches or Tanza, Cavite.
