People & Culture Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented People & Culture Operations Specialist to support the day‑to‑day HR operations of our global team. Working closely with the Head of People & Culture, you will manage employee documentation, HR systems, payroll coordination, recruitment support, training, and other employee‑related processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer employee lifecycle processes from hire through departure, including offer letters, promotion letters, salary changes, and probation documentation.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring all required actions are completed by internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR trackers, calendars, checklists, and operational tools.
• Administer BambooHR as the primary HRIS, handling new hires, employee changes, promotions, compensation updates, departures, time‑off policies, and leave records.
• Run HR reports, conduct regular data reviews, troubleshoot user questions, and identify automation opportunities.
• Support annual and recurring People & Culture processes while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Comfortable working with employees and managers across different countries and time zones.
• Discreet handling of confidential information and able to manage multiple priorities.
