About the role
The Payroll Analyst – APAC will be responsible for end‑to‑end payroll processing across the Asia‑Pacific region. Working within Visa’s finance team, the analyst will ensure accurate, timely payments while supporting audit, compliance and reporting activities. The role also focuses on continuous improvement of payroll processes and follows a hybrid work arrangement based in Pasay City.
Key responsibilities
- Execute payroll for the APAC region
- Conduct payroll audits to verify accuracy
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations
- Prepare and deliver payroll reporting
- Identify and implement process‑optimization initiatives
Required profile
- Experience in payroll execution for multinational organizations
- Knowledge of audit and compliance procedures
- Ability to generate accurate payroll reports
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
