Part-Time Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time professional to lead our email marketing initiatives. You will plan, coordinate and execute end‑to‑end campaigns that align with business goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and launch email marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Support account managers by organizing timelines, assets and deliverables.
• Develop strategies to boost engagement, retention and conversion.
• Write and edit compelling email copy that reflects the brand voice.
• Manage lists, segmentation and audience targeting for optimal performance.
• Monitor metrics such as open and click‑through rates and turn data into actionable improvements.
• Test, proofread and QA every campaign before sending.
• Stay updated on email marketing trends and deliverability best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in email or digital marketing coordination.
• Hands‑on experience with major email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of segmentation, strategy and campaign optimization.
• Detail‑oriented coordinator who never misses a deliverable.
• Excellent copywriting skills and an analytical mindset.
• Collaborative team player comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
