Operations Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a high-energy Operations Product Manager to own a specific product, store format or segment and run it like a startup. Based in Manila, you will lead growth, field operations and technology delivery, turning hypotheses into scalable products across the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full funnel from customer acquisition through engagement, issuance and conversion.
• Lead a dedicated on-the-ground operations team and coordinate with sales, field ops, design, development and QA.
• Launch new financing products, roll out store formats nationwide and scale the retail footprint by thousands of locations.
• Build internal tools together with the product & development tech team.
• Report directly to founders and senior management, driving launch, scale and repeat cycles.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in product, operations, growth or entrepreneurship.
• Hands-on, analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, scrappy environments and thriving on building from 0 to 1 and beyond.
• Experience leading store roll-outs, product launches or agent-led operations is a plus.
