O&M Rule Expert 2 (O&M Integration Manager)

About the role

The O&M Rule Expert 2, also known as the O&M Integration Manager, will lead the technical integration of operations and maintenance (O&M) deliverables across multidisciplinary railway projects. This role ensures that all O&M‑related outputs are consistent, high‑quality, and ready for submission to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary and cross‑project O&M technical deliverables.
• Prepare the MMSP Interoperation Plan with support from subject‑matter experts.
• Review and integrate outputs to guarantee quality, consistency, and applicability before submission to the O&M Director.
• Identify technical gaps, inconsistencies, and interface issues, and drive their resolution with relevant discipline teams.
• Provide technical guidance to senior O&M integration engineers and other team members.
• Escalate significant integration challenges to the O&M Director.
• Perform additional duties required for successful delivery of consulting services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Railway Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in coordinating O&M activities within railway or transport projects.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary outputs such as train operation, station operation, rolling stock, depot operation, and related systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and asset operators.
