About the role

The O&M Rule Expert 2 (also referred to as O&M Integration Manager) will lead the technical integration of operations and maintenance (O&M) deliverables across multiple disciplines for railway projects. The role ensures that all O&M‑related outputs are consistent, high‑quality, and ready for submission to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary and cross‑project O&M technical deliverables.
• Prepare the MMSP Interoperation Plan with support from subject‑matter experts.
• Review and integrate documentation to guarantee quality, consistency, and applicability before hand‑over to the O&M Director.
• Identify technical gaps, inconsistencies, and interface issues, and work with discipline‑specific teams or contractors to resolve them.
• Provide technical guidance to the Senior O&M Integration Engineer and other team members.
• Escalate significant integration challenges to the O&M Director.
• Perform additional duties required for successful delivery of consulting services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Railway Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in coordinating O&M activities within railway or transport projects.
• Strong understanding of train operation, station operation, E&M systems, rolling stock, depot operation, and related technologies.
