National Teleradiology Data Analysis Officer

About the role

The International Organization for Migration is seeking a National Teleradiology Data Analysis Officer to lead data reporting functions for its Global Teleradiology and Quality Control Center. Working under the Senior Radiology Coordinator and the National Migration Health Informatics Data Analytics Officer, you will ensure accurate, timely, and high‑quality teleradiology data for IOM operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate data monitoring, cleaning, processing and analysis for regular statistical reports.
• Review and guide routine statistical reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) and performance assessments.
• Gather, compile and validate data from teleradiology applications and reporting systems for country operations and finance units.
• Collaborate with the ICT application unit to develop and enhance reporting tools, datasets, and visual templates.
• Monitor the global teleradiology quality‑control process, facilitate case discussions, and analyse agreement statistics (e.g., kappa values).
• Prepare training materials and deliver capacity‑building sessions on data management and statistical reporting.
• Support system administrators and field teams with data‑related fixes, enhancements and user guidance.

Required profile

• Experience in health data management, preferably within radiology or migration health contexts.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to produce clear, actionable reports.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary teams across IOM locations.
• Ability to develop training content and deliver workshops.
