Mobile Engineer – Android & iOS

About the role

We are looking for mobile developers to build BJAK's AI Neobank App across Android and iOS. The role is for strong mobile builders who can ship clean, reliable and intuitive mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship mobile features for Android and/or iOS, ensuring clean code and smooth user experiences.
• Create simple mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and broader financial services, translating product requirements into intuitive screens.
• Integrate third‑party and internal APIs, handling edge cases, loading states, error messages and production issues to maintain reliability.
• Continuously improve app performance, reliability, crash rate and overall user experience through profiling and optimization.
• Support rapid product launches, A/B experiments and iterative improvements across mobile journeys, collaborating closely with product, design and backend teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional mobile development experience on Android, iOS or both platforms, delivering production‑ready applications.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Kotlin for Android and/or Swift for iOS, writing maintainable and testable code.
• Proven track record of shipping production apps that are actively used by real users and have measurable impact.
• Strong product sense with a keen eye for mobile UX, paying attention to smooth flows, details and user behavior.
• Ability to work with APIs, analytics tools, crash logs and production feedback to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
