Marketing Manager – Online Lending Platform

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the company’s marketing strategy, integrated campaign execution, brand growth, and local marketing operations for the Philippines market. Reporting to executive leadership, the role bridges local market execution with regional business objectives to maximise brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth and market expansion plans.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaigns across digital, social media, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, brand activation and performance marketing.
• Identify consumer trends, market opportunities and competitive insights to strengthen positioning.
• Manage, mentor and develop the local marketing team while driving campaign performance.
• Oversee relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, PR firms, influencers and creative vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, KPIs and ROI to optimise effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders, product, operations and public affairs to ensure consistent brand execution.
• Ensure all communications comply with Philippine financial advertising regulations and corporate governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Filipino national with 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and brand growth initiatives.
• Background in FinTech, digital lending, financial services, digital banking, technology or e‑commerce is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, social media, influencer and performance marketing.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory.
