About the role

Nezda Global is seeking a Creative Marketing Leader to strengthen its brand and digital presence across its services. The position is full‑time, onsite in Makati, and offers the opportunity to shape the company’s marketing direction.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy and brand positioning.
  • Optimize the website and improve SEO performance.
  • Design and manage LinkedIn and other social media strategies.
  • Generate creative content ideas and video concepts.
  • Lead corporate communications and thought‑leadership initiatives.
  • Plan and run marketing campaigns, events, and employer‑branding activities.
  • Analyze marketing data and report on performance metrics.

Required profile

  • 3‑6 years of marketing experience, preferably B2B, at a lead or manager level.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing and content strategy.
  • Creative mindset with ability to develop compelling video and content concepts.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaborate closely with senior leadership.
