About the role
The Major Account Executive for North Luzon is responsible for delivering the assigned sales plan by generating profitable UPS revenue growth. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities and retaining existing customers within the designated accounts, particularly in the key non‑country‑wide customer segment. The incumbent analyses customers’ current supply‑chain needs, creates appropriate solutions, and responds promptly to customer requests.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls and thoroughly prepare for client meetings to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Create and maintain all necessary documentation required for the setup of new customer accounts.
- Grow the business by identifying upselling opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Identify sales opportunities, qualify leads, and develop actionable plans to convert them into revenue.
- Implement and manage customer accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
- Respond promptly to internal and external customer concerns, providing effective resolutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in analyzing customers’ supply‑chain requirements and designing suitable solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong focus on both acquiring new business and retaining existing accounts within a defined territory.
