Mail Management Officer

About the role

As Salmon's Mail Management Officer, you'll own the operational backbone of Card Production and Delivery — from ordering and monitoring blank plastic stock to managing courier performance and resolving customer complaints. You'll work closely with the Mail Management Head and other stakeholders across Banking Operations to keep this function running accurately, on time, and audit‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Order, pay for, and monitor blank plastic stock while maintaining inventory of blanks and personalized cards.
• Tag initial card releases and redeliveries in the system, overseeing end‑to‑end delivery.
• Manage vendor and courier performance, reviewing delivery reports and escalating non‑compliance.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints related to card delivery.
• Maintain maker‑checker controls, segregation of duties, and ensure approvals are within delegated authority.
• Ensure compliance with BSP, AMLC, PDIC and other regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvement, keep documentation audit‑ready, and initiate projects that benefit the team.
• Organise team files according to record‑retention policy and support cross‑functional assignments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or a related business field.
• 5+ years of experience in a banking institution.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with card production and delivery processes.
• Solid grasp of maker‑checker controls and segregation of duties.
• Familiarity with BSP, AMLC, PDIC and other relevant banking regulations.
