Lifecycle Marketing & CRM Manager

About the role

A strategic, analytical, and hands‑on role leading customer retention across email and SMS for a women’s fashion ecommerce brand. Owns the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle from acquisition through advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive retention roadmap covering acquisition, conversion, loyalty, reactivation and advocacy.
• Build, maintain and optimise automated email and SMS journeys (welcome, cart abandonment, post‑purchase, win‑back, etc.).
• Manage the email and SMS campaign calendar for product launches, promotions and seasonal moments.
• Create data‑driven customer segments using Shopify data, behaviour and purchase history.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing, deliverability, compliance and QA to continuously improve performance.
• Collaborate with Creative, Ecommerce, Merchandising and Customer Experience teams to align lifecycle efforts with business priorities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM or retention marketing, preferably within a DTC or ecommerce brand.
• Proven success developing strategies that increase repeat purchase rate, average order value and customer lifetime value.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo (or similar platforms such as Iterable or Bloomreach).
• Experience working with Shopify customer and purchase data.
• HTML and CSS for email troubleshooting.
• Design and execution of A/B and multivariate tests.
• Familiarity with SMS platforms such as Postscript.
