Junior Inventory Auditor

About the role

The Junior Inventory Auditor will support the audit function within CW Home Depot stores, ensuring that inventory records and business processes meet the company’s standards. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in retail audit activities and collaboration across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and conduct routine store audits based on department‑defined targets.
• Perform regular and special inventory and business‑process audits.
• Coordinate with various departments to address audit findings and concerns.
• Prepare and report audit results to the head office.
• Assist in consolidating data for rewards and recognition programs.
• Oversee and monitor the daily activities of audit checkers.
• Undertake additional tasks related to the role as required.

Required profile

• Graduate of any business‑related program.
• At least one year of experience in inventory audits, operational audits, or inventory management (advantageous).
• Proficient in using productivity software and applications.
• Strong interpersonal and people‑management abilities.
• Willingness to work a shifting schedule, including holidays.
