About the role

Otis Colombia is seeking a proactive leader to oversee the entire Contract‑to‑Cash (C2C) cycle, ensuring accurate invoicing, efficient collections, and robust credit control. The role reports to senior management and will drive financial performance while maintaining compliance with internal policies and SOX requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all activities of the C2C cycle, including order management, billing, collections, credit control, portfolio management, payment application, dispute handling, and credit note processing.
• Manage risk exposure and support material release according to credit policies.
• Lead and develop a high‑performance team, set clear priorities, and monitor KPIs such as DSO, overdue portfolio, and cash‑flow performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Operations, Accounting, Legal, IT, and external BPO providers to ensure seamless process flow.
• Drive standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and local regulations; act as the focal point for internal and external audits.
• Identify and mitigate risks within the Order‑to‑Cash process and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Contract‑to‑Cash, billing, and collections roles, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, credit management, collections, payment reconciliation, and portfolio administration.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
