About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our IT Technical Support team in a non‑voice capacity. This full‑time, on‑site position offers paid training and an opportunity to start a career in technical support without prior experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide remote troubleshooting and assistance for internal users via chat or ticketing systems.
- Document issues, resolutions, and follow‑up actions in the support platform.
- Escalate complex problems to senior technicians or relevant departments.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and contribute to process improvements.
Required profile
- Completed college degree, high school, or senior high school graduate.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical support skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work on‑site in Mandaluyong City.
