IT & System Administrator – Automation & Support

About the role

The IT & System Administrator will provide end‑user support while driving automation across the organisation. You will bridge traditional IT operations with workflow automation tools to reduce manual effort and improve service reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a service desk, troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues, and maintain software inventories and patching schedules.
• Design, build and maintain automated workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier or Power Automate.
• Integrate third‑party systems and APIs into automated processes for sales, marketing and operations teams.
• Engage with business units to capture requirements, map current‑state processes and define future‑state automated solutions.
• Develop data pipelines that feed AI‑driven workflows, ensure data quality and create dashboards to monitor performance.
• Document automation logic, configuration, and maintenance procedures; participate in project status meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support and system administration.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to gather requirements.
• Ability to produce clear documentation, user stories and functional specifications.
