IT & System Administrator – Automation & Support

About the role

The IT & System Administrator will ensure reliable IT infrastructure, provide end‑user support, and drive automation across the organization. You will act as a bridge between traditional IT operations and modern workflow automation, helping teams work more efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide service‑desk and end‑user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain software inventories, apply patches, and document standard operating procedures.
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
• Integrate third‑party systems and APIs into automated processes and ensure their reliability.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to automate lead management, campaign workflows, approvals, scheduling, and data sync.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, map current processes, and define future‑state automated solutions.
• Develop data pipelines that feed AI‑driven workflows, apply data quality checks, and create dashboards to monitor performance.
• Document automation logic, configuration, and maintenance procedures; participate in project meetings and status updates.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify repetitive, high‑volume tasks suitable for automation.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT) to gather and validate requirements.
• Proven ability to produce clear documentation, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and reviewing solutions with technical and business stakeholders.
