Inventory Analyst – Raw Material Shipment

About the role

The Inventory Analyst – Raw Material Shipment ensures smooth global movement of raw materials across Advanced Energy’s manufacturing sites. You will coordinate shipment planning, manage shortages, and work closely with planning, purchasing, logistics and warehouse teams to keep production running without interruption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage shipment plans for raw‑material transfer requests, validating against inventory availability.
• Prioritize shipments based on customer demand, production needs and business impact, and coordinate material allocations during supply constraints.
• Monitor shipment status, proactively resolve issues, and mitigate delivery delays.
• Manage material shortages and shipment risks, coordinating recovery plans, ETA updates and mitigation actions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and global sites to handle escalations, provide status updates and ensure timely delivery commitments.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce manual planning, enhance shipment visibility and improve reporting accuracy.
