About the role

Join RCBC’s Internship Program and gain hands‑on experience in the banking sector. You will work alongside industry experts, receive an allowance, and start your career journey on 8 June 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Shadow industry experts and cross‑functional teams to understand the synergy between technology and client‑centric services.
• Apply academic knowledge to solve real‑world banking challenges and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in the execution of key projects within your chosen track – Digital Technology or Sales – to help achieve departmental milestones.

Required profile

• Currently a 3rd‑year, 4th‑year college student or a recent graduate.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Available to start on 8 June 2026.
