International B2B Lead Generator and Telesales Professional

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time International B2B Lead Generator and Telesales Professional to join our team in Silang, Cavite. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and engaging corporate prospects for Dubai Advisors’ financial and business consultancy services.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and identify key decision‑makers.
• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to generate qualified leads.
• Present consultancy services and schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Maintain prospect databases and update records in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to refine messaging and scripts.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
• Work towards defined lead generation and sales conversion targets.

Required profile

• Strong B2B lead generation and telesales experience, preferably international.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and contact databases.
• Excellent English communication and professional telephone etiquette.
• Solid research and analytical abilities to uncover business opportunities.
• Understanding of financial services, accounting or tax consultancy is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in the Philippines, manage time effectively and meet targets.
