Insurance Agent – Dayshift, Weekends Off

About the role

We are looking for motivated Insurance Agents to join our call‑centre team in Cubao, Manila. The position is full‑time, dayshift only, and offers a structured environment where you will handle non‑voice insurance inquiries and sales. You will work on easy accounts and pioneer new customer relationships while enjoying weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound insurance inquiries via phone and chat.
• Promote insurance products and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide clear information on policy benefits, coverage options, and claim procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve service quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to learn insurance basics.
• Ability to work consistently during daytime shifts and keep weekends free.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and CRM usage.
