About the role

Expert VA is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative in Davao City within its financial services business. The role centres on making high-volume cold calls to business owners and decision-makers and moving them through the funding funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Make high-volume cold calls to business owners and decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects using financial pre-screening questions.
• Set and confirm appointments to maximise show-up rates.
• Follow up via calls, texts and emails to move leads through the funding funnel.
• Manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce with accurate, updated data.
• Collaborate with loan officers to convert qualified leads into funded deals.
• Track and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and activity targets.

Required profile

• Proven inside sales experience; B2B lending or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a clear American English accent.
• Highly organised, driven and results-oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM for lead management and reporting.
• Strong follow-up skills, time management and ability to handle high-volume calling.
