Host/Hostess – Front of House

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Host or Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, guide guests to their tables, and ensure a smooth start to their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a cheerful attitude and escort them to their assigned tables.
  • Provide menus, answer preliminary questions, and assist with special requests.
  • Monitor table rotations and keep track of prepared tables for incoming guests.
  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage take‑out orders when needed.
  • Maintain an organized waiting area and keep the host station tidy.

Required profile

  • At least two years of experience in a fast‑paced dining environment (preferred, but training is offered for the right candidate).
  • Warm, outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver a memorable guest experience.
  • Strong multitasking skills and comfort working in a high‑volume setting.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
