General Accounting Analyst – Hybrid (Manila)

About the role

We are looking for a General Accounting Analyst to join Kenvue’s Finance Operations team in Manila. The role supports global accounting processes, ensuring accurate journal entries, allocations and balance‑sheet reporting while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, allocations and program runs for balance‑sheet and income‑statement accounts.
• Analyze assigned balance‑sheet accounts and resolve open items promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Kenvue policies, GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Support internal and external audit activities and maintain strong internal controls.
• Participate in process‑improvement and automation initiatives within the accounting team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, accounting rulings and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, hybrid team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Familiarity with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting requirements.
