Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to join a leading AI technology company on a full‑time, remote basis. You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high‑quality code that trains and optimizes AI models, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains.
• Produce detailed explanations and rationales for model evaluations.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of high‑quality, task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack development using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong backend development skills with Node.js.
• Familiarity with modern front‑end frameworks.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
