The position is based in Davao, Philippines and focuses on delivering high‑quality omnichannel support to French‑speaking customers in Canada. This role is essential for ensuring a seamless experience for French‑speaking clients and supports the company’s commitment to multilingual service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt assistance via voice, chat, email and other digital channels.
• Handle French‑language support tickets and inbound calls.
• Switch to English queues when French volume is low.
• Maintain performance, quality and compliance standards set by the company.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Willingness to relocate to Davao and work onsite.
