Freelance Copywriter (Remote)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑moving venture‑backed future‑of‑work company, needs a freelance copywriter to build and maintain the content infrastructure that powers its AI‑driven remote Executive Assistant service. You will create, edit and organise templates, guides and automated messages so they remain accurate, on‑brand and ready for both humans and automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit and maintain a library of standardized messaging, templates and communications for internal and external channels.
• Audit and refine templates for AI ingestibility, version content and organise it for quick retrieval.
• Develop client‑facing guides and self‑serve resources that teach delegation to remote Executive Assistants.
• Draft transactional email copy and automated messaging triggers for onboarding, account updates and operational notifications.
• Guard the brand voice, review AI‑generated content and maintain a dynamic style guide.
• Translate complex policy or product changes into clear internal reference documents and support rollout announcements.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who can own projects end‑to‑end without heavy guidance.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a sharp eye for inconsistencies in messaging.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI writing tools as part of a drafting workflow.
• Proficiency with modern CRM, CMS or other content‑management platforms.
• Ability to structure content for dynamic fields, trigger logic and template automation.
• Experience organising and maintaining a template library or knowledge base at scale.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or training language models on a brand voice (optional).
