About the role
The Foundation Trainer is a full‑time position based in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. The role involves designing and conducting training sessions, developing training materials, evaluating trainee performance, and ensuring overall program effectiveness. It also includes coaching employees and continuously improving training programs to meet organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
- Develop and update training materials and curricula.
- Assess trainee performance and provide feedback to ensure program effectiveness.
- Coach employees and continuously improve training programs to align with organizational goals.
Required profile
- Four‑year college degree.
- 2–3 years of trainer experience in a BPO environment (healthcare experience a plus).
- Strong facilitation, presentation and communication abilities.
- Experience creating training content and coaching teams in a fast‑paced setting.
