About the role

The Food & Beverage Services Expert creates memorable guest experiences by delivering seamless event and dining services. Working in a dynamic hotel environment, you will coordinate with kitchen teams, set up venues, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all company, safety, and security policies; report any maintenance issues, accidents, or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to brand standards, using clear and courteous language.
• Set up tables, event materials, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Serve guests, handle transactions, and maintain work areas throughout events.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting objects up to 25 lb, and moving supplies as needed.
• Support team members to achieve common goals and uphold quality expectations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant Food & Beverage or event service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Manila.
