About the role

We are looking for professional servers with fine‑dining experience to join our front‑of‑house team. This position is essential for creating a memorable dining experience and keeping the dining room running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and take accurate orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
• Handle payments, operate the point‑of‑sale system, and manage cash accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and adhere to health‑safety standards.
• Assist with table turnover during high‑volume periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a fine‑dining establishment.
• Warm, outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid food‑handler card.
• Basic math skills for handling money.

• Basic arithmetic for cash handling.
