Finance Manager – CPA (Fully Remote)

About the role

This is a unique opportunity for a finance professional to take full ownership of the financial function for a dual‑market consumer products business. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will work remotely alongside a bookkeeper and an AR/AP team member, coordinating with external tax and accounting firms in Australia and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Own the month‑end close process and prepare monthly reporting packs.
• Review reconciliations performed by the bookkeeper and outsourced providers.
• Manage cash flow across Australia and the US, monitoring inventory, working capital, and foreign‑exchange exposure.
• Process and review payroll obligations in both the US and Australia, including employee on‑costs and Share Plan calculations.
• Supervise the bookkeeper and AR/AP team member, ensuring high standards of work.

Required profile

• CPA qualification or equivalent accounting credential.
• Experience in financial operations for multi‑market businesses.
• Ability to coordinate with external tax and accounting firms.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
