Facade Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Facade Designer to join our Mandaluyong office, working on innovative building envelope projects. The role involves creating detailed facade documentation and collaborating with architects, engineers, and fabricators to bring concepts to reality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop shop, fabrication and installation drawings that meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Apply Rhino and Grasshopper to generate 3‑D models and visualizations for real façade projects.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations and material requirements.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to verify feasibility and accuracy of façade systems.
• Prepare material specifications and assist in selecting appropriate façade materials.
• Participate in design meetings, providing technical input throughout project stages.
• Conduct site inspections to confirm design intent and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in façade design or the construction industry.
• Familiarity with Rhino and Grasshopper is an advantage.
• Strong interest in geometry, design and creative problem‑solving.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn new digital tools and workflows.
• Collaborative and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
