Executive Assistant – Lead Talent Operations for Remote Craft

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Virtual Executive Assistant to support US‑based executives and to lead the creation of Remote Craft’s talent acquisition function in the Philippines. The role is fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in Cebu or the Central‑Southern Visayas.

Key responsibilities

• Set the tone and standards for building the Remote Craft team in the Philippines from the ground up.
• Attract top talent across multiple internal functions and manage the full recruiting pipeline.
• Design and operate a recruiting/talent acquisition function for both internal hires and client placements.
• Lead the design of products and services offered to clients and oversee their delivery.
• Create interview, qualification, and onboarding processes, and maintain a knowledge base.
• Define and drive KPIs and SLAs, and conduct regular calibration sessions to ensure interview quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.
• Fluent English with proven experience working with native English‑speaking clients or managers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet immediate deadlines.
• Experience in a fast‑moving tech environment is a plus.
